Quelfire Fire Pillows

QFP QuelStop Intumescent Fire Pillows help prevent the spread of fire through metal cable trunking systems that penetrate through fire compartment walls.

They consist of a glass cloth case containing filler materials and intumescent additives.

Available in the following sizes:

QFP1 - 330 x 50 x 20mm (Small)

QPF2 - 330 x 200 x 25mm (Meduim)

QPF3 - 330 x 200 x 45mm (Large)

Application
Quelfire Intumescent Fire Pillows can be used inside steel cable trunking up to 300 x 150mm where they penetrate fire compartment walls.

They are available in three different sizes, allowing flexibility to ensure the trunking is fully sealed even with varying numbers of cables. The cables should not take up more than 60% of the available space inside the trunking. The pillows should be installed lengthways, centrally positioned within the wall or floor, filling the remaining space.
