Bollé Prescription Safety Eyewear

The Bollé Safety All-Inclusive Prescription Pack offers a simple solution for getting your own prescription safety eyewear.

The pack contains a form to take to the optician, simple instructions and an image of 24 styles to choose from.

Features:

Choice of 24 styles
Single or Varifocal glasses (Any power up to ±8)
Polycarbonate lenses with Bollé Safety’s unique double sided anti-scratch and anti-fog coating
Tested and approved to EN166 1F K&N for glasses and a 1BT K&N rated goggle

Step-by-step

1. Complete all of your personal/employer details in the top section of the form
2. Visit your nearest Boots or indepedemt opticians with the prescription form. (Boots Opticians have the Bolle Safety frames available to view and select)
3. Your Optician will complete the technical section of the form
4. The completed form will then be sent to Bolle Safety by your optician for processing
5. When your safety glasses are manufactured, they will be sent directly back to your optician.
6. Your optician will contact you to arrange appointment and advise the glasses are ready for collection and final fitting.
