Please contact Customer Services to obtain an RMA number before returning any products . Mills accepts no liability for goods returned, without the written authority of the Supplier.
Mills reserves the right to refuse returns without a valid RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. An unauthorised return, eg one for which an RMA number has not been issued or one witout a valid RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
