HellermannTyton CEP Customer Entry Point - Splice Only External Fibre Enclosure

Designed to be wall or façade mounted the HellermannTyton enclosure will also fit inside the lid of a toby box,

The Customer Entry Point is an IP55 rated splice-only enclosure manufactured from a mix of RAL7040 UV PC-ABS (Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) material. 

A removable splice management tray sits above the inbound cable management area and the fibres are routed from the cable management area on to the splice management tray.

The splice tray accommodates 2 splice positions for 3A or 5A to enable bi-directional and positive fibre management for 250µm fibre. Maximum splice protector length is 40mm.

The Customer Entry Point features 4 entry/exit ports with a seal suitable for flat cables up to 5.4mm x 3.0mm (left) and round cables up to 7.2mm diameter (right). Other cable seal options are available upon request.

The base is moulded with integral fibre management routing to ensure positive fibre management for G657.A1 and A2 fibre. The base CEP can accommodate a maximum length of 1.2m of flat cable and 1.35m of round cable.

A single entry/exit port at the rear of the closure allows for fibre to be passed through the wall into the customer premises when the enclosure is wall/façade mounted.

The TOBYBOX300 installation option has provision for a mounting screw to allow for the CEP to be fitted onto the toby box lid.
