The main difference between HEPA 13 and HEPA 14 filters lies in their efficiency levels. HEPA 13 filters capture at least 99.95% of particles that are 0.3 microns or larger, while HEPA 14 filters capture at least 99.995% of such particles. This indicates that HEPA 14 filters are more efficient than HEPA 13 filters.
