MDU S3 For 32 Customer Connections

The enhanced MDU-S3 Enclosure is a multi-function MDU pre- connectorised enclosure able to be scaled from only a small number of subscribers to up to sixty-four LC connections in a single enclosure. It can also be cascaded to support even larger MDU installations.
It permits the transitioning of fibre cables through the use of up to eight single-circuit splice trays as well as the interconnection of several corridor cables. Fitted with a single newly designed connector plate, it now provides a maximum of sixty-four LC simplex ports.
Its small form factor and lockable design make it ideally suited for numerous styles of MDU network design in even the tightest of spaces.
The fibre management system (FMS) is a standard design across numerous fibre connectivity products, allowing for simplified product-group training and TCO. Numerous splice tray designs are
available including single circuit, single element and ribbon trays. The single element tray is design to accept numerous holders for various splice protectors and splitters. The FMS is equipped to house up to three bare-end splitters for simple splice-only designs and the MDU-S3 has a provision for a 1x32 connectorised PLC (MDU-S3-32W) or 2x32 connectorised PLC (MDU-S3-64W).
Fitted as standard, the MDU-S3 incorporates a modular incoming cable seal and anchoring assembly to eliminate post-installation cable damage or movement.
