This is the DUEL SECURITY DK2 Fire Brigade Drop Key which has a Lift Attachment at the opposite end to the Drop Key insert.
The drop key bit is also differently designed with a cross section at the base of the bit, so that it can be used with drop keys boxes or panels that are specially designed for use with this key only.
