Prysmian Small External Splice Box ECSB4
The External Customer Splice Box (ECSB4) is a wall mounted product used for the splicing of up to 12 fibres and up to four customer drop cables. The box also has the added feature of a storage area under the hinged splice tray.
The box is supplied with five cable entry seals for the input cable port and four drop ports. The box can accommodate cables from 2 to 7 mm. The box is supplied with an extra knock-out port on the back for through wall applications. The box can be mounted on a wall with the included fastening materials or directly on a standard wall outlet.
Features
Each box comes with one splice tray pre-fitted.
• Capacity for up to 12 splices.
• The tray hinges upwards and can be positioned vertically to ease the installation.
• The box is supplied with five cable entry seals 2-7 mm.
• All fibres are positively managed to maintain a 30mm minimum bend radius within the wall box.
• The box is sealed to IP55.
• Supplied with everything required to install one input cable and up to four drop cables (only splice protectors to be ordered separately)
• Storage area inside the box to hold any unused fibres.
• The boxes are UV stable to prevent discolouration of the material.
• The boxes are manufactured from UL94-V0 rated materials.
