A dropwire fixing consisting of a Zinc plated steel eyebolt with an M10 thread and a length of 255mm  This is the preferred method of attaching a dropwire to the end users premises, where the walls are heavily clad.

The eyebolt is suitable for fitting to brick or concrete construction through insulation / rendering / pebble-dash between 90 and 110mm thick and has a rated minimum Safe Working Load of 2kN with a safety factor of 3:1 when the load is applied along the axis of the bolt, and at all angles up to 90 degrees to the axis of the bolt.

Zinc coated to Fe/Zn5C2C in accordance with BS 1706.

Ring size 23mm ID with 40mm OD

These fixings are electric galvanised to (BS1706 (1990) or ISO4520)
Zinc coating: 8 micron minimum
The fixings are expected to provide corrosion resistance for a minimum 25 years
(This cannot be guaranteed and is subject to UK location)
