Mills MasterClass Lifetime Warranty

Mills MasterClass branded tools are known across the globe as high quality professional tools that allow the end-user to complete jobs more quickly and reliably.

Mills MasterClass offers additional peace of mind with the Mills MasterClass Lifetime Warranty. Should your tool malfunction from defects in workmanship or materials, Mills will repair or replace the tool free of charge.

The Mills MasterClass Lifetime Warranty applies to the Mills tools designated with a Masterclass name and branding and is offered in addition to the standard warranties and conditions as set-out in Mills’s standard terms and conditions of sale (which can be found here).

Under the terms of this Lifetime Warranty Mills will repair or replace, free of charge, any MasterClass product (with the exception of hacksaw blades, knife blades and stripper blades ) that proves to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or design during the normal life of the tool. This Lifetime Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original end-user that purchased the Mills MasterClass tool.

This Lifetime Warranty will not apply and no liability will exist where the damage or defect arises as a result of:

• Wear and tear
• Misuse or use for any purpose for which the Mills MasterClass tool was not intended
• Mishandling
• Poor, inadequate or inappropriate maintenance or storage
• Alteration or repair of the product by parties other than Mills

While Mills is happy to repair or replace MasterClass tools under the terms of this Lifetime Warranty, its liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged or defective product covered by this Lifetime Warranty. Mills will have no further or additional liability in respect of any damage or defect and, as set out in its Terms and Conditions, Mills expressly excludes any liability it might otherwise have for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, however arising, including in negligence.

Mills tools are designed for professional use. If they are being used by a consumer, that consumer’s rights are unaffected by the terms of this Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime Warranty claims require the return of the defective Mills MasterClass tool, proof of purchase, and confirmation that you are the original end user purchaser of the Mills MasterClass tool.

All shipping and transportation costs are excluded from this Lifetime Warranty.
